Why activity books need a careful workflow

Activity interiors often contain many similar-looking pages. If filenames, page size, or bleed settings drift, the mistake may not be obvious until KDP Previewer or a printed proof.

Recommended workflow

Export final activity pages as ordered image files.
Use padded filenames such as 001.png, 002.png, and 003.png.
Select the matching KDP trim size, orientation, bleed mode, and color mode.
Preview the PDF locally before export.
Use KDP Previewer for the final publishing check.
